Beautifully decorated and well appointed for your comfort while on the Big Island. Fully furnished with everything you need for an relaxing vacation. Parking is located just outside the stairwell. NOTE NO AIRCONDITIONING IN THIS UNIT. Alii Villas is an oceanfront complex located about 1.5 miles south of Kailua Pier in Kona Village. Amenities include solar heated pool, community BBQ and picnic lanai, oceanfront seating for sunset viewing, access to the ocean, and assigned parking.
For land lovers, Alii Drive is one of Kona’s most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.
For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 15-min drive to the south and for the anglers, Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing. Alii Villas is also a 15 minute drive from the Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping. Traveling along the ocean up Alii Drive to the north about 5 minutes is downtown Kailua-Kona with more restaurants & shopping and Kailua Bay.
