Great location and super clean place with thoughtful amenities like beach gear and even car seats, which made things really convenient. The only downside was the entertainment setup - it definitely needs an upgrade. There’s no Netflix or other smart apps, which made it a bit tough to keep the kids entertained in the evenings.

Great stay at this Kona Makai condo - had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Love this property (well manicured, lovely pool and hot tub, love the chairs at the edge overlooking the ocean!). Convenient to everything. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during our week in Hawaii. The communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the few minor issues that came up were addressed right away. It was clear that the host truly cares about their guests and takes pride in making sure everything is taken care of promptly.
The condo itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and it made for a perfect home base while enjoying the island. We really appreciated how attentive and responsive the host was throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. They had boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkeling equipment to use which was great! Place was very clean and having ac was great for the hot evenings.

Kona Makai 5-102 was great! The unit had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The property management was helpful when booking and with instructions. Will definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our week long stay! It had everything there as far as supplies - dishes, silverware, pots and pans, towels, beach towels....everything - which we were grateful for. We enjoyed having the extra space of a condo as opposed to a hotel room. We liked it a lot and would definitely stay there again!

We always stay at this complex, Kona Makai and having rented many different units via different property management companies. This one, by far was the absolute best!!! Dawn w/ Hawaiian Isle went above and beyond, was splendid to work with and communication was awesome! The unit was very clean, well maintained and abundantly stocked with essentials. Included newer beach chairs, snorkel equip, towels and pool toys were a nice addition! All the other property managements need to take lessons from Dawn! We will definitely use her for our future visits (3-4x/year). Simply the best service and accommodations EVER!!!
